The first workout on this machine for me only lasted 10 minutes. That’s at 2 MPH with the middle treadle setting. Over time, my workouts went from 15 to 30 to 60 minutes per day. I found that by the end of my workouts, I was drenched in sweat, my legs felt the burn, and most importantly, my heartrate increased, but not to a level where I was dying to breathe.
