Budget is running low so I pickup a used Bosch wall oven HBL 445. I would like to get my hand on a user manual and installation specs. I'm building my cabinets myself so I can customize to perfect fit. On Bosch's site, I found manual for the 300 and 500 series. Are these similar oven? Several posts there indicate that it has been impossible to get parts for these ovens. Just do a search for Bosch HBL 445. I didn't find any manual on that site. I did find them on another site. I did finally manage to find a site that had the manual too, but you have to pay for the manual--hope you found yours free. Can not get it to regular time. Anyone have a solution? Flip these locking tab clips up and then you an lift the door up to the broil position and the door will lift up and forward to remove it. Then you can try to set it back in the hinge receptacles again. Unfortunately, if that doesn't work you'd really want to just replace the hinges because it sounds like one of them has failed somehow and it's seating properly. At this point you have a real mess on your hands. You'll need to use vice grips or something to lock the hinges out and pull the door up and out. Then you will definitely need to replace the hinges at this point. Also, when opening the clips to remove the door, are they to be rotated back as far as they can go, before starting to close the door. The not-so-clear manual shows them sticking straight up, in an intermediate position, rather than fully rotated open as far as they can go. Despite being an engineer and having lots of experience fixing cars and household items, I'm having trouble understanding how these hinges and clips work. Once the hinges are locked out it will allow the door to close about half way but it will stop short, thats when you pull the door up and out. They look like security screws at first glance but don't panic, they're slotted so a flat blade screwdriver will shift 'em. Step 2. Peel the rubber end cap from the chuck. This allows the rubber sleeve to move forward so the case can eventually separate. Step 3. Either peel off the sticker on the inside of the grip or use a knife to run along its centre. Once this is done, nothing is holding the two halves of the case together any more. Step 4. Carefully lift the top half of the casing off. The mechanics may become dislodged with some parts trying to cling on to that upper casing because of the large amount of sticky grease. Watch for any parts becoming dislodged or dropping out. You may need to refer to the pictures on this page or the exploded diagram in the earlier link to see how things fit together if any bits fall out of place. For goodness sake, don't try and run the drill with the casing removed or the mechanics will spin out all over the place. Remember the Lithium Ion cells are still in place and an accidental push of the trigger will activate the drill so put the safety lock on and watch you don't slip with the screwdriver and short out any battery terminals or there will be more fireworks. Step 9. If the new motor doesn't come fitted with the support sleeve, slide if off the old motor and onto the shaft of the new one. Step 10. The new motor just plops into place, the crimp connectors go back on and the job is jobbed. Ensure the mechanical parts are all correctly located before dropping the upper case back on and if it doesn't fit cleanly, check something hasn't gone askew.
